These accommodations use natural woods and a light color palette, creating a distinct Belizean aesthetic. The new tower, opening in early 2025, will add another 64 rooms with the same design language across the property.

On-site dining includes St George's Restaurant and the Stonegrill Restaurant, where chefs cook meats and seafood tableside on volcanic stones.
